Clients may be eligible if they have lost wages because of contracting COVID-19 OR are unable to work due to being in a “high-risk” medical category such as having an underlying medical condition. Documentation of the medical condition must be provided by the treating physician.

Unemployment Insurance
Clients may be eligible for unemployment insurance (UI) funds if they have been laid off or lost wages due to COVID-19 conditions, including being unable to work due to a household member being in a “high-risk” medical category (see information above).
